Made a speedy Crying Tiger Steak Salad tonight for an impromptu dinner gathering.  Simply grill up a basic salt and pepper salt and surround it with any available greens and veggies (spring mix, garden tomatoes, cilantro and avocado in my fridge tonight).  The simple dressing is a blend of lime juice, Thai fish sauce, sugar, any garlic chilli sauce (sriracha will do too) and chopped cilantro.  It’s hot, tangy, salty and sweet all at once!
