The best tomato salad only needs a good olive oil, salt and pepper to be a conversation starter.  It’s fresh, colorful and so refreshing for this heatwave we’re experiencing now.



:: Heirloom tomatoes or any colorful mix
:: A good olive oil
:: Salt and Pepper
:: Fresh basil

Simply slice tomatoes and toss in olive oil, salt and pepper.  Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
