Sexy Romp-er, $48
Rompers have literally been on fire this spring and summer. Celebrities are proving that rompers indeed can look pretty cool if worn right and can go from comfy, slouchy chic to figure enhancing and sleek.
Eva Longoria Parker's romper, worn with glam red lipstick and gold accessories, looks classic and elegant.
I am so excited with our own find - a sophisticated french vanilla toned ruffle top paired with menswear inspired tailored shorts. Soft and tough at the same time. The ruffle top is a polyester blend with alternating tiny cream threads in the fabric that give it a soft pinstripe pattern while setting off a sheen of luminousity. The button-down halter is a unique A-strap style with smocking and is lined.
Shorts in heavy menswear fabric tone down the playfulness of the top and they have pockets! Waist band accenturates waist, then tiny pleats give volume to the shorts. Shorts are lined in matching gray.
Throw a cropped jacket and heels for a Saturday morning business breakfast. Or wear on it's own with gladiator flats for a dressy summer date.
