All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours. Conversation Pieces is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time for US Domestic packages average 2-5 days while International Packages average 5-8 days. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for International Orders, and FREE SHIPPING for US Domestic Orders.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days for store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
